Any hope for blamers?

First of all are all blamers narcissistic? If narcissistic people can not love then blamers can not love either...correct?
And if one follows your advice in your book wouldn't that cure the problem? If the blamer is not able to push your buttons... will he work on someone else or just continue being negative. I have talked to him about this blaming trait he possesses and I can see he is taking more responsibility for his own actions.
I just don't understand how someone can be so fun, God loving, energetic, helpful and funny and then be negative and blaming.
