Speak English and lower stress

Do you use or hear others use the common words"No problem"? well for most of us it is not any matter, but try this, instead of responding to someone with "No problem" change the words to "No worries" which is common language in the UK, you hear it all the time from the English. why not go further and add your own english accent to it ! make it fun! just changing our common words and phrases we use all the time can lower stress and make our day better.
Here is another instead of saying to yourself or out loud " I am so ANGRY ..." ,change it to " I am rather peeved at the moment..." ha ha ,but notice in yourself you have just disarmed a negative and made it a positive or at least to lesser negative. try it and share it!
