Fate doesn't exist, it is only because we convince ourselves that we are 'destined' for failure that it comes true and then reinforces that belief. It's so true in that how many times do you hear people saying things like, "just my luck" when they hit 3 red lights in a row or they say, "story of my life" or "I'm cursed under unlucky stars". They believe what they're telling themselves. Most likely if you're expecting a bad outcome, you'll sabotage yourself in different ways as well. Yes, a good quote. Thanks again for submitting it. |
