Drinking Water Helps

I feel like I'm replenished whenever I drink water after a basketball game or two. It really makes me feel less tired and ready to take on another game or another activity. I am also trying to do the so called water therapy in which I would drink a liter(approximately) of water each time I wake up, around 2 hours before I eat my breakfast. It's really effective!
